            Very nice work The smoke ring doesnt add any flavor that I know of...and that flat is real purty without one...sure it tasted great...

              Absolutely gorgeous. A smoke ring won't make any difference on taste. Plus I don't think you'll get much smoke ring with an electric smoker.
              for your first one and doing so well.

                            nice job herb... this will be the first of more to come i am sure...
                            i passed on a brisket last week because of price, never paid 3something a pound for a brisket before but i see its not just here... too many smokers out there!!!
