  • ABR's???

I came on this recipe just by pure dumb luck. I cant remember what site i saw it on. Were calling them Atomic Buffalo Rings. They are onion slices coated in Sirracha wrapped in bacon then covered with a little black pepper. Made a little dipping sauce as well. Mixed mayo 4:1 with Sriracha and a dash of lime juice. Very very good!

Yes, that was it. They weren't that time consuming to make. No more than ABTs. I cooked them on my YS480 at the same time we did a spatchcocked chicken. I just put them on the top rack to drip a little bacon goodness drip on the chicken. About an hour at 350.

IrishChef: thanks for the burger suggestion. That does sound good!
