You had me with the pesto and even more pine nuts. Nice.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Thanks Mark, I'll add Cutlery and More to my bookmarks. Currently the 7" Classic Shun Chef knife is only $79 (down from $169) which is a heck of a deal... I might have the ammo to sell it to the wife now

yep the kai shun is a great looking knife and the off oval triangular sectional handle is super comfortable.

But the knives are absolute bastards to sharpen properly.

They should all come with a japanese bloke and his oilstones.

These days I have to settle for mine being sharp, rather than scary sharp as it was when i got it.

              There was food ? (lol)

Oh yeah, the pork looks good - not sure about that style of veggy presentation though. seems to be popular with cooking programs, so probably fashionable which would explain why i don't get it :-)

Ya know, I smile every time I see a CA post. You know there is gonna be something off the wall in there. That's a good thing, a different viewpoint! Thanx Alex!

On edit (or P.S.) Alex I do have several oilstones.
