In checking the pantry for something a bit different, came across a bottle of sauce I received in the Christmas Exchange with Critterhunter. I figured apricot would go pretty well with a tenderloin and as luck would have it, found them on sale in a family-sized package containing 3 beauties. So, tossed one in a container and marinated it for the day and froze the other two. Came home from work, fired up the Performer, threw a bit of apple smoke at it, then grilled directly to finish. I gotta tell you, this blew both of us away. Served with some pineapple and pasta salad. You can bet your butt I'll be doing this again. Big thanks to Critterhunter!
