yep the kai shun is a great looking knife and the off oval triangular sectional handle is super comfortable.
But the knives are absolute bastards to sharpen properly.
They should all come with a japanese bloke and his oilstones.
These days I have to settle for mine being sharp, rather than scary sharp as it was when i got it.
There was food ? (lol)
Oh yeah, the pork looks good - not sure about that style of veggy presentation though. seems to be popular with cooking programs, so probably fashionable which would explain why i don't get it :-)Made In England - Fine Tuned By The USAJust call me 'One Grind'
