pork tenderloin..again

Local market been having a sale on pork tenderloins lately... every once in a while they sell marinated door county ones... I picked up a raspberry chipolte and and a cherry one... the are really good for premarinated loins...cooked the raspberry one tonight with some garlic bacon brussel sprouts and herb and shroom couscous..was good! Sorry bout the pics camera phone is whankey... cooked on the kettle, seared then indirect with cherry pulled at 150.

Hea there, I had some of them marinated raspberry chipolte tenderloins a cupla 3 weeks ago and they were very very good I thought. Looks like you did a good job on them and I really like the sprouts too!

Nice job B! Love that color on the crust of the tenderloin! I'd hit that in a second!
