        I am, quite different than my Yoder 640 but, so far I'm loving it, will be a great addition.

                Ive done beer can, spatch cock and a a few other ways but, for this size bird I like just doing the whole bird, I think cooking breast down allows some of the fat in the bird to make it's way into the breast as it renders out, might be wishful thinking but it works for me. Others on here with much more experance might have a better way of doing them, lots of knowledgeable folks on here

                  Made a few more quick mod's, added a few pegs to hold a few bbq tools and a couple of thin flat bar to hold the smoker lid and, since my weber kettle is right next to it, i added one to hold it's lid, hated bending over and laying them on the ground...
