    G'day everyone,

    I've been using a UDS I made for a few years now, and have just finished making a cold smoke generator. I found this site looking for some smoking tips.

    So far it looks like a good source of info.
    Hopefully I can contribute a bit in the future.

        Glad you found us. Great group of smokers here. I'm runnin a UDS as well, great smoker. Hope you stay awhile, we have allot of fun here. Look forward to seein some of your Q's in the very near future.

              What you call grilling we call BBQ or barbie
              So once I got my head around the difference, it made navigating the US sites a lot easier!
              Your version of Q is relatively new here, and is slowly catching on.

                No worries mate, the floods are up in Queensland, around 1700km (1100miles) from here, so we're pretty safe.
                Although we've had some good rain as well.
                We've just come off water restrictions which had been in place for 3 years.
                It's either drought or flood, never much in between
