  • Mostly pork smoke w/burnt-ends

Hello all, this is my first time being able to smoke anything in the new casa in Arizona. First I smoked a chuckie and made burnt ends using Bobvine rub from plowboys. Second we did some spare ribs using some Mad Hunky and finishing one rack off with some simply marvelous cherry rub since I used a pepper/cherry jelly at foil. The other rack got some pepper/peach jelly at foil. Not shown here is a butt I have smoking still, I used rubbed smoked and sauce rib rub which always delivers. Thanks for lookin !

All are passing the taste test with flying colors and some friends from here are amazed at how they taste. (first time they have had real bbq)
