  • A good day for smoking

It's a double smoker kind of day. Started the morning out by frying up some of last weeks elk bacon man this stuff is good love the amount of fat in it.
Then I sautéed some peppers and bacon for a pot of beans

Then I mad hunkyd up a couple of pork butts and threw them all in the Weber
Then I heated up the fridge smoker and through five rolls of high mountain salami that I had stuffed yesterday into the smoker

It sure smells good in my backyard and should be some fine eaten tonight
    Thanks for looking

Some of us are not having your kind of day, me especially! I am working!!
But hey, if I was home in this lovely weather I would have a couple of smokers going too.

      Great looking cooks!
