  • Kudos To Our Brothers Down Under...

Stumbling through the web I ran across this little gem..

Great to see our brothers south of the equator getting their Que on like the States... Okay, maybe not quite like us.. But damn close.. "Tell your butcher to see Brisket Packer & Spare Ribs.. US Cuts"..

This is worth the 17 minutes...

    Enjoy.. Plus she's kinda cute...

That was worth watching, I like how she thinks all ceramic smokers in the states are called Big Green Eggs. The name of the one team was pretty creative, Tex Aus. Interesting how their pork ribs are cut thin compared to ours. Yeah I'd have no problem watching her all day, she is very easy on the eyes, well spoken, and seems to really like BBQ.

That WAS a cool name! And yeah see ALOT of FULL length ribs... from loin to belly... strange.

And the Aussies just placed another order for Mad Hunky last night.

I'll tell you who to watch out for down there in the comp department... "Hector's Smoke House". "Team Yoder" will likely be in the thick of it too.
