I have seen one that was similar, but not with the window or dual burners.
How low can you run that unit?
To be honest I do not know, it was 4 degrees out and I would just use a single burner and was smoking sausage and sticks... got it to where the color looked good and then turned it up some and let them work there way up tp 152 degrees IT. I will have to play around with it some more to find out,
Nice looking rig. I think one thing I have noticed is that with the recent increase in popularity of BBQ smokers have become better. I mean even 3 years ago you weren't going to get those accessories in home smoker. I would definitely consider that pit when I upgrade.
Nice score E...
But now ya gotta git yer butt on here posting some of yer awesome cooks......No excuses

That's funny E...But true...The camera gets a workout a lot more than what gets posted here...
Hey bud...When you get the time we'll be glad to have ya back...
I have this same smoker but without the window. We recently catered some oilfield rigs and I can easily do 12 racks of ribs in there with a lot of room to spare. I was skeptical about it when we first bought it, but I am super happy with the features to price ratio. We've had ours about 4 months now and I use it about 3 times a week now. For the price I absolutely love the smoker.

when you load her up good does the temp increase after a good while as the meat heats up???
do you rotate???
~All that is gold does not glitter ~ Not all those that wander are lost~
My temp remains pretty constant. I had issues with my tanks getting super cold the last few days and the temp wouldn't get above 250 but I never cook that high anyway. My temp with 1 burner going in normal 70 or so temps stays right at 200. If it's below 40 like it has been the last few days, I get about 185 with 1 burner on medium.
Oh and no I don't rotate. I smoke a lot of ribs so it's not needed really. 3 hours into the smoke we pull them off and wrap them in foil. Here is a pic of some sausage I did on the hanger.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1420323527.372721.jpg
