        That sure looks good Mark. We have always done like erain and just saved the neck meat for burger meat. Maybe this year we can try an elk neck. Thanks for a great idea.

            I kept the neck from the last deer we processed.
            No real idea why i saved it - I just don't like throwing away something I might be able to eat :-)
