here in new mexico you can make them at home from scratch or buy them ready made. and there are many to choose from. and find the cheaper(price wise) are better.
some friends from arizona dropped by the other day and it was brought up about fresh tortillas, they told us that in az. they could buy fresh tortillas, flat and very thin and cook them, them selves. and were excellent. never had heard of them. nor have seen them. yesterday they stopped by on there way some place. and gave us two packages of 18 each. those things rock. turned on the stove and place the comal on it and with in seconds a hot fresh tortilla.
thought some may be interested.
