Well, not much for pics, but the taste was incredible.
I got a large turkey breast and decided to be creative. Instead of water for the brine, I used apple juice. I added some garlic and onion. Let it sit overnight in the fridge. Next morning, I used some Mad Hunky on it. Richtee sent me a sample to try. I promised I would sing his praises if I liked it. Put it in the WSM and waited.
After all was said and done, it turned out great.
So, if you're around southern MN and hear something that sounds like it should be shot (or maybe was), please don't shoot. It's only me keeping my promise to Rich by singing his praises.
