  • Hot Whangs and Dis n Dat

I use the Mad Hunky Hot Whang as a seasoning of deep fried wings at the Elks but this is the first time I've got to use it on the Weber. Indirect with a bit of Cherry. Spritzed with cider vinegar and water mixed 50/50. Nice heat to the Hot Whang you can feel it in the corner of you mouth for awhile after you're done eating. Mrs Cav ate a couple.. Never saw so much Blue Cheese on a wing before

Good stuff but be sure to wipe your hands before rubbing your eyes.

The lighter colored wings have Dis n Dat on them.

    Coming along nicely

    Flipped

    Ready

Some Kielbasa swimmin in kraut, onions and beer

Good stuff but I've noticed folks love to go heavy on it.
Can't blame them cause it's some tasty wang rub but if'n you want less heat a light to medium coating will do you right
