  • Andouille sausage chili pics...

    This was Da Chit . We loved it I will not make chili like I used to after this you know it's going to be good when it calls for beer lol. The first pic is just the sausage,onion,red and yellow bell peppers, and spices. The second pic is with the crushed Tomato's and juice and tomato paste the beer it called for was a dark beer and all I had on hand was Guinness Draught so that is what was used. The last pic is it all plated with buttered french bread, sour cream and chedder cheese.

        Thanks BB and a meal it was normally I can eat a 2-3 bowls of chile but this one was a hearty one only a bowl in a half and I was full.lol

              Really nice lookin' plate ya got there drewan . Love me some chili on cold blustery days!! I see you're workin' that new piece of CI pretty hard.. Curious as to what brand of andouille you were able to find way up north.

                  I am workin' it hard Klemets is the brand here but if I can find a better maker we have a store here that will special order from any where any suggestions?
