when I went to Paul Kirks bbq class last month, he mentioned he used plastic wrap all the time in the oven, tho at 250 for temps

let us not cry because we lost someone, but let us smile because we enjoyed their company for what time was allowed us!

Well I had to put this to the test for myself yest. Did a lasagna recipe that called for covering the pan with parchment then foil before baking. Usually have parchment on hand, but of course didn't. Wrapped the pan in the food service film we get from Sam's club, then heavy duty foil, baked at 350 deg. for 1 hour. Everything turned out great and the film just lifted right off the pan edges smoothly.

Interesting..... Wonder what temps it will take, when covered with foil?
