Can anyone tell me if pvc or cpvc pipe is safe for food use?I'm looking to freeze stuff in it for a real short period of time ie. a couple hours.

I don't think it's rated food safe, but freezing for a short time... I can't see it being an issue. Especially freezing, as opposed to hot stuff. In God I trust- All others pay cash...Check out the Mad Hunky and products at https://madhunkymeats.com or https://www.facebook.com/MadHunkyMeats
