Just curious, as I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere... how long will home made BBQ sauce last if refrigerated?

I figured it was probably pretty long, given that most of the things in it have pretty long shelf lives, unless you start adding dairy or something. The only thing I'm curious about is the ones that have minced garlic in, for example. Stilltasty.com says chopped raw garlic only lasts two days in the fridge. That seems pretty low to me.Mike

My Blackjack sauce will last for several weeks at least, but it's usually gone within a day or two of being made.
