    Hi all,
    Just joined the forum. Been smoking and queing for 20yrs. I use a Smokey Mt stand up for my fish, and a Brinkman barrel for other meats. Both naturally aspirated with wood/charcoal fires. Smokin' some whiting this week here in Jersey . Later.

                    Unfortunately, not enough of us Jersey guys here yet. Workin' on that though. Nice to have ya man.
                    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
