  • Looking for a fresh start!

Hello everyone, I'm going to go ahead and throw it out there and see how it goes.
I'm sure some of you might know me from somewhere else. I know some things didn't go so well over there. I got caught up in some stuff and let some people steer me in a direction I shouldn't have ever gone. I started taking some things too serious and got off track off why I started this whole journey into smoking meat. I am not and will not blame anyone for things that took place, I take full responsibility for my actions. I should never have let myself get caught up so deep in what was going on.
I came over to smoked-meat.com to make a fresh start, get back to the basics and start having fun again. I am leaving all the BS behind me and would like to become an active member on this forum with a whole new outlook. I hope that you will give me a chance here.

For those who don't know me, my name is Dave and I'm from SE GA. I've been into smoking for about two years now and just recently entered into the world of sausage making.
I have a GOSM widebody propane smoker with mods and a Mini WSM. I also have a small smokehouse I built for sausage and jerky.

I want to continue to learn and hope I can contribute a little of what I have already learned. I mostly just want to start having fun with this again!
    Just call me Dave!
