    Having a kettle is a great start, and man, you picked the right neighborhood for learning how to use it.

    A big from New Jersey.
    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                      kettles are pretty versatile.
                      And these guys know just about everything there is to know about cooking on them

                                I have many Weber kettles, and use them a lot, love them! You might want to look at THIS. I have two of these units and they work very well. I added a bigger "water" pan for better heat deflection. Just a thought...
