  • Got my CI & BRATWURST ON!

Long story short I wanted a good hardy dinner reminiscent of what my father (R.I.P.) might make. Pulled out his old well seasoned CI pan and got to work. Gathered some onions and peppers, some mini taters, and some fresh bratwurst(s). Every thing got pan fried except the potatoes they're par cooked so I just zapped in the microwave for 5minutes and then rolled them around in the leftover butter sausage fat and vegetable juices that were left in the pan. Normally I would serve with a frosty cold hefeweizen, but after abusing my body over the weekend lemonade it was. Turned out great my old man would've loved it. Oh and that's CHAR not burnt.
