      knocked out a nice asian spiced flank steak for the O.U. game Saturday. Nice flank steak, but expensive @ $23.

      Did up some pork chops al pastor last night on the WSM that were bad ass..

      Tonight finally getting to some burgers. My burger blend(chuck, sirloin, aged brisket) on the kettle, served on english muffins, some cheese and a cage free egg..

      Decent weekend sports wise, O.U. won, , Bears lost,
      Ravens lost..
      Just because you welded some shit together doesnt make it a WSM.
