Famous? lol don't know about that but I am popular with certain people ever since I got my smoker. This one turned out pretty good. I liked the burnt ends and will be doing them more often. I will probably T crutch regularly as well. I used Meathead's Big Bad Beef rub and was slightly underwhelmed with it. I added some fennel to the recipe but should have added more. Probably try a different rub next time. Wasn't bad but I think I could get a better flavor. I felt like it needed a bit more salt too but was afraid of over doing it with the injection and all. Thanks again for the tips on injecting you guys. I had no back squirt, wasn't too salty, and I didn't notice any marks in the meat. Plus, the meat was pretty juicy. I felt like it should have been more tender but my wife said "Babe, if you can cut it with a plastic fork, it is tender." She's right, of course but it wasn't EASY to cut with a plastic fork
