    I use Cheese-Its and Wheat Thins mixed 50/50 in food processor add Garlic powder and dried Onions. Dip in eggs and coat with mixture. Deep fry at 350*.

      I like Ritz crackers on sea bass and Finely chopped pistachios on rock sole fried in butter. Just a few that haven't been mentioned yet. +1 for the McCormicks beer batter. Great topic! I think I've tried almost all of them except Pretzels.....Got to do it
