        The layout of Photobucket has changed a bit since I made that thread and, as CA would say, "I can't be arsed" to do another walk through at the moment. But the principles are the same.

          Did you use the liquid from the foiling process to drizzle over the slices when serving? OR, maybe it didn't need it Just an FYI, this "liquid gold" can be drizzled as-is, or can be put in the fridge or freezer, in a bowl & the fat will solidify on the top, which can then be scooped off & discarded if you want

            That is the key, if you would do it again then i had to be a success. I looked at the re sized pics and looked outstanding! on first brisky!

                thank you everyone for the compliments. i was really nervous i would mess it up but you cant screw up a step by step instruction like that lol. thanks for re-sizing those pictures. my son was dipping his brisket in the sauce lol
