I saw that the other day. I am going to have to give that a try this weekend when I am making sausage and need to peel a ton of garlic. I wonder if it has to be those stainless/metal style pans in order to work?

Hmmm have my doubts- but what the hell... I'll give it a run...as soon as I get the 15 pounds of jerky out of my bowls like those, anyway...

It works. Use big enough bowls (like in video). Stainless works best. I tried w/ 2 glass bowls and only 1/3 were completely peeled. No luck w/ plastic or tupperware

Great if you need a whole head of garlic. And I guess you could save the cloves you dont use. I dont know though. Gotta try it and see for myself.

Interesting concept. I gotta try that! Problem is, I don't have two stainless mixing bowls the same size...

Pondering this... the steel bowls will transfer much more energy to the cloves as they bounce. Plastic will absorb the hit... glass may be too heavy to get the required velocity of motion.
