    I like what I see. The salmon looks good and the smoker looks great!

    Now, someone just needs to figure out how to embed smells with the video, cause I bet that salmon smelled fantastic! Smell-O-Vision? SnifferTube? Odor AllAround?

        OK I just watched the video and Ill just say...You could cook that dish for me any day...

        I got points for some fine lookin fish...

              Best salmon I've ever cooked was indirect on the right side of a gasser with a huge blazing grease fire on the left side. Certainly not the only way to cook it nor would I necessarily recommend it. But it worked great on that particular evening.

                    And yep - teriyaki hot smoked salmon is a favourite of mine.
                    Although I think the maple glazed one is better :-)

                    Have to admit though it seemed a shame firing up that big old smoker for just the one side of salmon
