seen these chicken quarters on sale at meat market, of course being on sale and looking to do a super bowl smoke this we i picked up some.
rubbed with evoo,and garlic salt and into smoker, as soon as beef and pork out to rest i cranked up smoker to apprx 300 to crisp up skin. smoked to over 165=170 degrees. they were fall off the bone with nice crisp skin.
