Did some ribs on New Year's Eve.
Cooked over RO lump at about 240ish° with hickory chunks. No prep pics but the usual. Mayo slather, rubbed with Mad Hunky Sweet Heat and a little brown sugar on top of that. Spritzed with Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum/Cherry Dr. Pepper mix and glazed with some Sweet Baby Ray's thinned down with the leftover spritz.
