Howdy all, can't believe how many members I already know just from browsing the forums, great to chat with you guys and gals again and can't wait to get to know many new folks on the site.
Obviously new to the site but definitely not new to Qing.
I have smoked...well everything, from the normal to the downright absurd (Asian black duck eggs, not good smoked or otherwise )
Looking forward to checking out the different threads and posts as well as tossing in a bit 'o qview as well.
Just smoked a chuckie the other night with a batch of Tobasco wood I got, like the oak barrels that hold wine/whiskey but instead they are used for aging tobasco.
I'll comment on that further when I post the qview.
3am now, got a smoked chicken stock finishing up on the stove and then a quick nap
