Quick, Easy, Chicken Brine

It's a really good brine for chicken and turkey, but I am not sure if yer doin' Gordon Blew that it would work unless you cut down on the rosemary... don't be afraid to try it!!!

I love rosemary and chicken...

my brine recipe i use for whole birds.......just wanted something simple for pounded out breasts.........wanted to do em today, but wet and WINDY out.....so will give it a shot on the morrow........

i have had rosemary once........interesting, and i liked it, but will need to try it more (fresh), to get the taste down........but a TON better than fennel ( i HATE licorice)
