  • Chicken Wings with Qview

My first attempt at smoked wings. Turned out pretty darn good. Although I did overcook them a little and I'm going to smoke at a lesser temp next time. I had it between 300* - 325*.

Took em off and covered in Louisiana hot sauce and melted butter mixture and dipped in Blue Cheese. YUM!

Looks good Darrin, cut that skin in between, and you'll get a better wing. You know, right at the inside of the joint, that web area. I have cooking shears, I just cut a V right there.

They look really good. What's with the toothpicks in some of them?

I had marinated a few of them in Italian dressing. Just marked them in case I could not tell the difference when they were done. But those darkened much faster than the ones with seasoning only.
