yesterday was a fine day for a smoke. lime cilantro chix w/ onion,garlic,& comino. cajun style red beans w/ pork necks & andouille sausage. spanish yellow rice, & spicy queso dip. done over r.o. lump w/ mesquite,maple,& beech.
