        Where you from Shoot?
        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                    Welcome from West Central Florida. I have a MES30" as well. Have had it for 6 or 7 years and I love it. I use a AMZN tube smoker for the smoke as the MES chip tray is less than desirable. Make sure to test the temp probes that came with it for accuracy. Mine is good but my neighbor's was 25° off. Have fun with it & go smoke some meat!!

                        Mine didn't come with temp probes...im gonna purchase a Bluetooth thermometer
