  • Hello from Northeast Texas

Long time BBQ er, not a very hi tech redneck, but I'm gettin there. I have a homemade 250 gallon stick burner, several UDS, and 2 weber kettles. I own and operate a small BBQ Catering business, have been cooking competitions for 7 years, and I have a small BBQ Shack, where I sell roadside BBQ and love every minute of it. I'm lookin forward to getting to know some of the folks here, and love swapping recipes, pictures and techniques.
