  • New to forum, hello!

    Hello everyone!

I am new the forum, but I have been smoking on a weber kettle/slow n sear for about year now. Unfortunately, I don't know a lot of people here in the San Francisco area that BBQ. I want to keep improving so I hope I can learn a lot from everyone here.

    Thanks for having me!

from New Jersey. We got some MAJOR kettle-heads running loose around this place.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
