    I'm a meat lover that loves bbq and want to learn how to smoke some meat the right way, I don't have a pit, but I will get a Weber Kettle grill as soon as possible

                      Welcome..and the kettle’s a fine choice for smaller cooks. Here’s a simple idea for you to get indirect heat... couple ceramic tiles...
