  • Good morning from the Upper Midwest.

    Greetings all.

I am glad to have found this site and these forums as I am far too long gone in having joined one.

I have been cooking outdoors with (and without) just about every kind of grill or cooking implement that is out there from commercially made units to home-rolled Frankensteins.

True 'cue for me has been a never ending and ever tasty education and I hope to supplement my knowledge and experience with the help and fellowship of you fine folks here.

I am very glad to be onboard and look forward to learning whatever I can and even sharing some ideas as I can.

    Steve

                  Thanks all.

I joined today primarily to check out the UDS thread for starters as I'll be trying my hand at building one soon, but I know I'll eventually lose all track of time amongst all of the other topics to browse.
