    So as usual I waited till London Broil went on sale again for 1.99 so I could make some jerky. I like using it cuz it's always cut 1 1/2 thick, and makes for some good slices of fairly lean jerky....

    Nice looking meat there. Never tried the broil cut... good price tho!

            I have used the LB a few times.. Not a bad cut to use.. I have had good results..
