      I use the House Autry Med Hot...It really doesn't need any additional seasonings...A touch of salt maybe...More heat if ya want...

      It also takes to smoke very well but usually when grilling breaded meats I don't go that direction...

          ... looks like they came right out of the fryer! The Autry House is not readily available in these parts but I have been buying at the Amish scratch and dent store and using for breading my fish when frying. Good stuff!

                          I definitely have to try this.
                          Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                          My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
