  • Loukaniko help

I went to a Greek Festival today. It is held every year as a fund raiser for the church in a town south of where I live, and the foods they sell are awesome. I tried the Loukaniko today, and was amazed at all the flavors in it.
I'd like to try making some, and there are recipes on line, but I have more faith in what I have found and tried from here in the forum. My prefered cure is Tender Quick, but I'm flexible.
Anybody got a tried and true recipe for orange/leek Greek sausage ?

Len Poli has a recipe for Loukaniko on his site. I can not vouch for the flavor or ingredients though.

Here's one I found online, I've never tried it but it sounds good.
Someone posted one on fb just a couple days ago, but i'll be damned if I can find it
