Well my friend gave me some leftover baby carrots and brocolli from her party last weekend, and I just picked up some big sweet yellow onions last week. Now how could I not try these? I made a couple to go with dinner tonight.

I've done them like that with butter, season salt, a beef bullion cube for each onion and top it off with cheese...French Onion soup on the grill....__________________________
