Wellll, Florida corn give you a run fer the money! And I mean run for the money! First of the sweet corn to harvest, way all gone now. Still real good just kinda pricey. Fields all plowed to somethin else by the time it comes in up Nowth!

I hear the bestest comes from up round Squirrel in Georgia.

This year should be a banner year for Sweet Corn here in Iowa. We've had ALOT of rain.
The corn growers around here plant "Peaches and Cream" Sweet Corn.....Very tasty indeed.
We typically buy 5 dozen ears at a time, a dozen to eat and 4 dozen ears blanched, cut off the cob and frozen. Nothing better than Iowa sweet corn all winter long.

Michigan has the best sweet corn and everyone in Michigan knows this. We blanch, strip and freeze 6 dozen ears every summer to use all winter long for the 2 of us. Just can't beat it along with the tomatoes.

Have to admit, PA corn ranks right up there, but just a tad below south Jersey's. No offense Shell.
