Smoked Salmon/cream cheese with jalapeno jelly on crackers. MOINK BALLS.
Smoked nuts. Potato skins filled with all sorts of goodies on the smoker. Smoked deviled eggs with horseradish. Them firecrakers things (shit thems addictive). Stuffed mushrooms. Pig candy. Armadillo eggs. Hell, even some good old spare ribs
