About to leave town for an extended period, decided to roll a fatty as a send off.
Went Italian/Pizza this round.
Browned and crumbled 2 mild Italian links for the filling. Remaining 3 links were split and mixed with the ground beef. Sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms, saved some for the filing, mixed the rest in with the beef. Put down a layer of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning and MH pizza shake. Rolled the meat, made the bacon weave, combined the two and added MH general purpose rub to the outside. Cooked indirectly for three hours. Turned out pretty well me thinks
