Rehydrate in Chicken stock or water or anything you like. Saute or add to anything you would normally use mushrooms in. Not as good as fresh in my opinion but still pretty damn good in a good butter garlic pan sauce.

EVOO, butter, shrooms, garlic, onions, , deglaze with some dark beer; Then try to hide a Ribeye under it.

Maybe like a compound butter? That could be good. Gonna google a recipe see what I come up with.

                            You could make porcini powder
                            http://islandvittles.com/2010/10/08/...up-your-umami/

Or even better you could make Umami Sprinkle
                            http://www.food.com/recipe/umami-sprinkle-309160

                            and of course Miso soup
                            There is a cure...http://phoenixtears.ca/
