    Shimeji Mushrooms

    Anyone ever use them? All I can find is, they grow on trees, are good in stir fry and they are very tasty with a peppery flavor. Saw them in the produce shop and bought them. Any suggestions? - before I saute them with garlic, ginger, onion, soy, honey and EVOO.

    Might be in the wrong forum, if so move at will please.
